For an on site installation, Vivantio Service Desk is sold under a traditional software licence. You purchase licences for your support team, and pay an annual fee for support and updates.

Minimum Server Requirements

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2000

  • Microsoft IIS 5

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2000

  • Microsoft Reporting Services (free with SQL Server)

  • Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1

  • 1GHz P4 Processor

  • 1GB RAM

Minimum Workstation Requirements

  • The Service Desk application requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5

  • The self service interface used by customers and end users is compatible with all common browsers.
