The spirit
group implemented HEAT Service and Support with Solutech in 2004 and
have been utilising a 300 strong system every since. Over the last 5
years we have designed and implemented two custom web modules for
the team which have further enhanced the scope of the entire system
and today HEAT Service and Support is used in all major departments within the business. |

South Somerset Council have been partnered with Solutech
for several years and in that time have rolled out HEAT Service and
Support through several teams. Today the Council uses HEAT Service
and Support, integrated with the Prism Suite and also a custom built Solutech Self Service Portal to deliver a complete Service Management Solution. |

Nuclear Fuels contracted Solutech to implement their Service Desk in
2006, with a plan to utilise the HEAT Service and Support solution
to manage their 3rd party outsourcing contracts. Today the HEAT
system is used within a key strategic team and is delivering Service
Level Management information against all major outsourcing contracts
within the organisation. |

Webuyanycar.com rolled out Vivantio with the full support of
Solutech in 2010 and the rewards from the system are already being
felt throughout the business with over 80% of their calls now being
processed through the email and web modules. In September 2010 a
30% increase in licences was applied due to further expansion of
Problem and Change Management within the business, and Vivantio
being seen as the ideal solution to deliver these additional needs. |
