Having successfully implemented HEAT into their IT department several years ago, Solutech were contacted as soon as the need arose for a call management system for Shepherd Neame Facilities

Following a series of short deonstrations and viewing several other Solutech clients systems who already use HEAT for facilities management, the decision and contract for the new Facilties system wasawarded t Solutech
