Nuneaton Council invest in the Solutech Web Portal

Following the recent investment in HEAT for the Nuneaton Council Service Desk through the Solutech HEAT team, the question came, How best to enable end user interaction with the Service Desk.

Having considered all of the options available, including email call logging and the web based self service options the Solutech Self Service portal was selected.

In making this decision the council determined that the Solutech Self Service portal offered a simple, easy to use interface while still delivering a customisable and tailored solution.

The web development team at Solutech are delighted to have secured this contract and look forward to working with the team in the future.
