Nuneaton Council look to Solutech for Helpdesk future.
Following an internal review into the IT services offered by the council it
was swiftly determined that there existing supplier was unable to move them
forward with an ITIL 3 strategy.
Having reviewed the market place and compared both technology and cost
elements HEAT Service and Support was swiftly emulated to the top of the list.
The HEAT team at Solutech are delighted to have been engaged by the council
to put HEAT Service and Support forward, due to our strong public sector ties,
and we are delighted that both HEAT and Solutech have now been chosen for this
project.
