BNFL Sellafield
have awarding their Customer Services contract to Solutec and the
HEAT
Service & Support solution. Having been outsourced to CSC for IT and MIS
support for several years, BNFL wanted a mechanism to monitor the
satisfaction within their user community of this service. Following a
complete review all of the options within the Helpdesk and Customer Service
arena determined that HEAT, backed by Solutec was by far their preferred
option. Solutec are delighted to have secured such an important contract win
and very much look forward to working closely with BNFL in the future.

Have chosen Solutec to deliver a 21st Century
call management solution for both their internal and external support teams.
Having reviewed the Helpdesk market it swiftly became apparent that when
needing a swift to deploy, easy to use and strongly ITIL compliant solution
that HEAT had to be a front runner. Having completed a consultation process
with our technical Pre-Sales team, Clydesdale determined that our service
lead approach was unrivalled and swiftly moved forward with the contract

The Government's centre of excellence in marketing communications,
Have requested that there existing HEAT
Service & Support installation be supported by the Solutec technical team to
ensure that the level of service delivered through the system is maintained
year on year. Solutec are delighted to be entrusted with this task and very
much look forward to a growing partnership with the COI moving forward.

Shepherd Neame, the UK's oldest brewery firm,
Have committed the future success
of there IT aspirations firmly with the ITIL framework and having reviewed
the helpdesk and service desk market have chosen Solutec.Net to implement a
combined HEAT/Centennial implementation. The system is to be implemented in
a phased approach commencing immediately with Change and Configuration
management with Problem and Release management to follow shortly after. The
project team at Shepherd Neame had short listed HEAT, Hornbill and Magic but
swiftly chose the combination of HEAT and Solutec with the desire for strong
Pre and Post sales technical care and technical approach being sited as the
major factor for the project decision. With Scottish & Newcastle already on

Logistics Planning Have committed to both Solutec and Goldmine
deliver a CRM solution to enable the entire team to manage all of their
prospective clients from there Head Office in Gloucester. The system is to
implemented to combine both sales and marketing management and brings to an
end a 3 month project to review the market place as a whole. Having short
listed Goldmine and Microsoft CRM, Goldmine was chosen for both its
flexibility, ease of integration to Outlook and speed of implementation,

only there existing clients but also prospective ones. Having reviewed the
market for a not only a viable solution but also a credible solution
