implementation and deployment.

completion. This requires a variety of skills that are not normally
found in company’s IT departments. The management of users’
expectations for solution requires a thorough knowledge of what can
be achieved with the chosen architecture.
With our experience of delivering such systems we can ensure that
the correct procedures are put into place to ensure that a quality
product is delivered to the desktop. By implementing a development
life cycle, setting standards and ensuring skills transfer, we can
ensure that clients have the necessary infrastructure in place to
enhance the existing, or create a new, systems at a later date on a
solid foundation.
All of our Helpdesk, CRM, Prism and Centennial Software consultants
are trained on all aspects of these solutions including business
design, implementation, deployment and training areas.
Over and above this every project, regardless of size, is backed by
a Prince2 or ITIL accredited project plan to ensure that all
objectives are not only met but also documented and signed up to
ensuring that the client has full visibility every step of the way. |
