HEAT Administrator Outsourcing

Solutech have defined and designed an administrator service that enables ad-hoc customisation and business process changes to be carried out, collectively, at the end of each calendar month through our dedicated VPN network.

HEAT Administrator Training

All aspects of the HEAT package will be covered, including Call Logging, System Administration and System Customisation. Also covered are the other modules in the package such as Business Rules and Auto Ticket Generator. This course is for delegates with no previous experience Administrating HEAT.
