- Oracle 10gR2 (Using the 10.02.0.01 driver)
- Oracle 11g (Using the 11.0.0.01 driver)
Server Requirements

On average, HEAT 9.0 requires 2-3 MB of hard drive space for every 1,000
call records.
All system requirements were developed using Microsoft SQL Server as the
HEAT 9.0 database application.
When using other database applications, contact the database vendor for
recommendations.
