Training
All aspects of the
HEAT package will be covered, including Call Logging, System Administration and System Customisation. Also covered are the other modules in the package such as Business Rules and Auto Ticket Generator. This course is for delegates with no previous experience Administrating
HEAT.
Objectives
When the delegate returns to the workplace, they will be able to manage all aspects of the
HEAT system including building workflow, managing security and modifying grids and forms.

HEAT Board, Adding Customers, Profile Searches, Attachments/ Alarms
and Call/Customer Groups
Day 2 AutoTasks, Database Structure Overview, Edit Sets, Quick Customise Validation Tables
and Hours of Operation
Day 3 System
Defaults, Security– Users, Teams, Roles and Constrained Validation
Day 4 Import / Export Data, View Sets, Manager’s
Console, Alert Monitor
Auto Ticket Generator, Business Rules, Load Database Utility and
Answer Wizard
Day 5 Setting up a Test database, Moving changes from Test
to Live, Avoiding errors in Edit Sets, Archiving call records and
Working with Support
