HEAT Administrator Outsourcing Service

Solutec have defined and designed an administrator service that enables ad-hoc customisation and business process changes to be carried out, collectively, at the end of each calendar month through our dedicated VPN network.

The reasons for a customer to consider the service are simple:

  • Do you have the time to manage the ever growing change requests that you will inevitably create as your confidence and ideas behind HEAT grows. In a recent survey it was found that once a customer had gone live with HEAT, attended all of the relevant training and published the system out to all of the department heads that over 70% of these companies had thought of more in-depth or broader uses for the system.

  • All companies look at the on-going consultancy investment made into a system and, although any new defined projects would be managed through that route; do not want to have to collect dozens of minor change requests to create enough work to justify an on site consultancy day.

Therefore, inevitably the work slips by the way side, people find they simply don’t have the time and the system never actually grows quite the way the company would like.

The service is simple in its design and in its implementation and enables customers to choice the degree of Administrator outsourcing based on their own internal skills sets and time availability.
