Day 1 Setting up a Blank Heat Test Database, Complex Call & Customer Groups, Advanced AutoTasks, @Functions, View Sets & Form Design, SubCallTypes in Details forms and HSS/iHeat

Day 2 Validation Tables and Constraints, Auto-fills, Advanced Business Processes, Auto Ticket Generator options and troubleshooting, External Tables, Importing/Exporting and HEAT Link to LDAP
